Xbox suspension not ending?

Hello, my multiplayer and communications suspension has not ended, yet it was supposed to 37 and a half hours ago. I am able to send messages via the xbox app on both my phone and my computer, but on my xbox it is still banned. On my enforcement.xbox.com,
it says it is a past enforcement action and was not extended. If anyone has had this issue before and knows how to fix it, I'm open for suggestions. Note: I have hard reset my xbox several times, and I have tried removing my account from my system and putting
it back on. Neither have worked for me.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of
violation associated with each enforcement action

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

Thanks, but I just got on and it was lifted. It must have been a two-day extension or something. Thank you anyway for trying to help.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

On my enforcement.xbox.com, it says my suspension has ended, so I don't think that's the problem. Also, on the abox every time I try to play multiplayer it says "Xbox support cannot assist in this situation. Learn more about this suspension at enforcement.xbox.com."
I don't understand what's going on.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

If you are sure there are not additional enforcement actions on your account try the following:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now.

Otherwise contact support by phone as see if there is still an enforcement action on your account
