Xbox suspension don’t line up

    I got a 2 week suspension for my Xbox pic but you would think I can’t change my Xbox pic for the next 2 weeks instead I get communication suspension for the next 2 weeks I would like to know how these two things line up since they clearly are way different like come on Xbox I played on Xbox for 7 years and never once have I have this problem like sure I get it the Xbox pic probably wasn’t the smartest thing I should have done but I still don’t understand how this lines up

    Hi there,

    No one in the forums have access to any specific information about your suspension. Only the Safety Team has access to that information and they do not use the forums. They are only contactable via the case review process. Support doesn't even have access, nor are they able to assist with, or answer any specific enforcement action questions.

    You can submit a case review, and read up on the publicly available enforcement information. Beyond that, there is nothing in the forums that can be done.

    I got reported for nothing. Xbox doesn’t even believe in doing a investigation before following up with a suspension for the fake report. They don’t want to tell you what you did to get the said report if you don’t get a case review. The Xbox reporting system
    sucks big time. Xbox needs to fix it answer connect Xbox enforcement with Xbox support.

    To anyone reading this, don’t ever message anybody on live. Only talk to close friends. Xbox lives enforcement team is a joke at best. This is the 5TH EXTRA SUSPENSION IVE RECEIVED SINCE MY FIRST & RIGHTFUL BAN. ALL 5 ARE NOT DESERVED. Nor may i contact
    anyone to fix the problem. Gonna cancel my account. Microsoft will never get business from me again after 9 loyal years. Clowns.

    That was not my claim. A guy was trash talking so like a grown man who can make his own choices i messaged [mod removed]. Not spaced out but yeah. That first ban was expected & deserved. But ive been suspended 4 other times for the same phrase as the reasoning.
    How could i be banned 4 extra times for the same thing when i only said it once. Regardless of what they think its outrageous i cant speak to anyone. The only people that could actually save my account. Ive been a customer for 9 years & now ill prob lose everything
    to a bot bc no way a human being wouldnt see an irregular pattern there reading my case. Last night for example. I was banned from the day before into this most recent morning at 5am. I came on today at 7:30pm to find i was banned again 10 minutes before.
    Tell me how i am banned when i was offline for one & two COULDNT EVEN SEND MESSAGES.

    Everything regarding Enforcement actions are dealt with exclusively through the enforcement website here: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    The Enforcement team is contactless for a reason, it provides anonymity and protection from outside bias on the job they're supposed to do. We here on the forums (nor on support) can help with anything related to enforcement actions... all we can do is give
    you advice and try to figure it out with you and coach you on how to prevent stuff like that from happening in the future.

    If, as you claim, what you said wasn't offensive at all... would it be possible you could tell us what it was so we can help you think through it?
