    Around two weeks ago I received a gamer pic ban which, according to the completed suspensions
    log, was supposed to last for around 28 hours. As a side note, I am quite confused as to why the image was banned in the first place as I made sure that it contained neither graphic content, nudity nor swearing. The image was verified by Xbox after
    I chose it so it's clear that no rules were broken. Clearly some snowflake randomly reported me because I was better than him at something and chose the gamer pic as the reason for the report. I don't see how I should lose my gamer pic privileges for more
    than a day simply because someone doesn't like me.

    Moving on, I waited out the ban as it was a short one and I had been communication banned for two weeks almost a year prior, so a day was basically nothing. Once the time was up, I wanted to use another custom gamer pic. This time I would select one which
    I had used in the past which I know could not be banned. I logged in onto the new Xbox app for Windows which I know is in beta. A warning pops up telling me that "Due to a suspension, Xbox Live features may be limited." Turns out that I cannot change my image,
    but also my bio and my location, and this is "Due to a suspension". Obviously the first thing I do is check the enforcement website in order to check the status of the ban. As I thought, it was as it should be: Grayed out with 'Completed'in the box on the
    left. Now keep in mind that because the ban is completed I am no longer eligible for a case review so I cannot talk to the enforcement team anymore. I decide to try and use the Xbox Console Companion which I still believe is better than the new beta app. The
    companion lets me change everything that the beta app could not, so I use this to change my gamer pic. It gets verified and I am sorted. Just for testing, I put the image on a memory stick and plugged it into my Console to see if that will work. Alas, it does
    as it should.

    Even to this day, the beta Xbox app still comes up with the suspension warning, and every time I check the ban status it says it is completed. Seeing as this is going to become the new normal app to use on PC for assistance with Xbox consoles, I really do
    want some form of fix for this issue. It's more than aggravating that a gamer pic ban which had no right to occur in the first place has caused such a weird isolated issue.

    Before I get any generic responses:

    1. I know that the enforcement team do not read the forums. I cannot contact them as the case is not eligible due to being completed so I need help in that regard

    2. I am refusing to accept that the image which was banned broke the guidelines in any way. Xbox states that they verify the images so clearly I shouldn't be banned if you let me use that image on my profile. I did not force anyone to look at it, yet the
    snowflake got what he wanted which was me getting banned

    I apologize for this being a large rant but I have found no other issue like this on any other forum so making a detailed post was my only option. If anyone has any suggestions then I would be very grateful as this little bug is really starting to test my
    patience.

    Contact for talk about an enforcement

    The only way to contact the enforcement team about your suspension is to use the Case Review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

    This makes sure that the comment you have about your suspension is properly matched to the suspension in the enforcement database, and that the team member from the Enforcement team can immediately see the history of the suspension with the evidence that
    led to that suspension.

    There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

    Support does not handle enforcement issues. So they cannot do anything about them. The enforcement site is the only place to find information about suspensions and to see about submitting a case review. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact
    the enforcement team and possibly have a suspension lifted.

    The enforcement team no longer have forums. They just have the enforcement site. As already stated, the OP cannot submit a case review because the suspension is 24 hours, so there is no other way to contact them.

    My account was banned for life.

    Xbox Supports cannot assist us with the suspension and account bans as well. They just see the dates and all at their end, but they will refer us to enforcement still.

    They don't have contact to the Enforcement Team and Department. That's what the last agent that I spoke to told to me.

    Hi there,

    No one in the forums can assist with any suspensions/bans issued by the Enforcement Team. Only an Enforcement team member can do so and they do not use the forums.

    They are only contactable through the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com
    , if the suspension qualifies. Console bans cannot be case reviewed.
