Xbox Suspension Broken System

So the other day while playing PUBG, i saw someone fly in the air on am motorcycle and crash, blowing up and killing him. I though it was funny so I sent him a message and said "I just saw you crash and kill yourself. Nice height xD" Well seconds later I
got a suspension on my account because he must of reported me in a rage quit. Now I am being punished because he got upset. This system is broken and needs to be addressed.

Also the rep system is broken because if I am that bad To get a suspension I don't think i should have the rep of a "good player".

Suspended for 3 weeks for reporting a cheater.

You wont get any compensation for a suspension the xbox code of conduct is very clear and you broke it.

You do realize that suspensions are rarely immediate right so it could've been from weeks agoand no they don't tell you what got you in trouble

And yes it is reviewed by multiple teams before being sent an suspension you can find all this info at

Normally, any suspension will show up on your account so that you can appeal it. However, the Enforcement system has been broken for the last few days and Enforcements aren't showing up

Most communication suspension are instant from an automated system.

Also I have tried with 3 different browsers and have cleared the cookies with ccleaner.

MIcrosofts website is broken and is unusable, They simply don't care about anything that they make.

Harassment will also get you banned. So no, you wouldn't face zero consequences.

Suspensions/bans on the 360 were also a thing. At that time the enforcement team used the forums and people were constantly getting suspended for language. I think the ranking system you're referring to is the rep system which is still in place on the One.
The rep system on the 360 was pretty broken.
