Xbox suspended from communication

I received no message about a suspension but when I try to message from my console I get a black notification that says that due to my past behavior I can't message. I also can't talk to anyone. I have no communication method on my xbox until Dec. 8 it
says. I talked to support and I was told that I needed to file a review but when I go to my account and history there is no actions against me to click on to file that review. It says I have a perfect record. I talked to support again and they wanted a
screen shot emailed to them but even though I sent the screen shot 2 times they never received the email. I don't know what to do so I can get a review of this. I have a reference number given to me from support if necessary. Thank you for helping me.

Suspended from communications

Obviously from the title you can tell my account GT: was suspended from communications due to violating Xbox's code of conduct. However even though i might of violated their terms as they may see it. I find it hard to believe i was suspended for
1-2 weeks due from one or two players that reported me not to long ago. I submitted a killer and a 100 percent true case review 1/23/2017, 10: 10:13 PM. I explained where I went wrong what I didn't do to cause any more trouble. The case was then responded
to, giving me an email to check my case review and i was told the same freaking information as before. Now this irritates me because i submitted a case review to know exactly why i was suspended, not to tell me exactly what i already know. Because I am starting believe
it wasn't because of those messages i sent to those two players. Even though these players most likely are the players that reported me, I believe I was suspended for previous messages that i have sent to my friends. If this is true majority of my previous
messages are mostly inappropriate inside jokes with my friends. The enforcement team should have zero rights to suspend me ( Keep noted i said should i didn't say you don't have the right ), for me and my friends messing around in Xbox via messages. Now it
would be a different story if that friend actually reported me. But that's not the case and i want to know exactly what message or messages that got me suspended. Also i suggested something i find more important than reviewing other in game messaging, [Mod

Suspended from communication

Dear Microsoft support team,

I am currently communication suspended until dec 29th 2017.

This suspension is not shown on the enforcement.xbox.com website, I only know that I am suspended because I contacted xbox support why I can not talk after all my current suspensions expired (okt 5th 2017). I am suspended but I am the one who was being harrassed.

Firstly, I chatted three times with xbox support to solve this issue;

The first time he/she told me that he/she would recommend me to submit a case review.

The second time I contacted again because I could not submit a case review because the suspension was not shown on enforcement.xbox.com and I was told that this issue would be solved, I was asked to give he/she 24 to 48 hours.

The third time I contacted again 76 hours after the second time I chatted, I said I still could not submit a case review. This kind person gave me a link to forums.xbox.com and wrote, "You can write your issue here, it can be seen as a case review".

So here I am

Nevertheless, here is why I think my suspension should be lifted,

I am a Rainbow Six Siege player and I am a casual player and I suck at the game.

Then some people I met online I play with get salty if I am with them in a game of ranked in Rainbow Six Siege, THEY swear with e.g (cancer (in dutch this is the worst insult possible)) and report me for several things, e.g communication.

After all I block these guys and go have fun with other people online, but I am still getting suspended because those "try hards" report me.

To sum up, please count this as a case review because I can not submit a case review on enforcement.xbox.com because my suspension is not shown there. I am the one being harrassed because I am not good enough at gaming and other people get salty. The reason
that I am saying this by now is that a three months ban is way too long to bear, in contrast to the two week bans.

I hope you understand me and can help me.
