xbox surveys not giving me my monthly credits

So what happens is i do the monthly surveys to get my 250 credits it lets me do the survey, but it never gives me the credits. it's happened before multiple times. in the last 3 years i've been in xbox rewards, theres a total of 3 dollars or so in the monthly
credits that xbox never gave me. it's so frustrating that they people at xbox never ever fix this problem it's also happend to other xbox users.

Thank you for taking the time to tell me that, I thought I did them but i guess i was wrong. Thank you for all the time you took to respond i appreciate it. other than the survey glitches you guys do a great job with everthing and that's why im still useing

There were no surveys in those months, so you would not have been able to take them and receive credits.
