Xbox Support......

Recently I got a communication suspension on January 22nd which I had acknowledged and accepted as a punishment. I am not able to talk whatsoever through Xbox which includes messaging and through microphones which are the only way I communicate with anyone.
Here's where the confusion comes in; Yesterday while watching Netflix which is usually what I do before playing cod with my friends, I received another message from Xbox enforcement which was generalized over the topic of "harassment and threats." On top of
the two week communication suspension is now a multiplayer suspension so I am now unable to continue the cod grind with my buddy's until February 8th. I am astonished of how I could possibly have harassed or threatened someone without being able to say anything
through Xbox messaging and chat. I am quite irritated as well as disappointed at this point. If someone could reach out and supply answers or fixes would be quite appreciated or to lift the multiplayer suspension at the least.

P.S. I have tried the case review but it concludes that I don't have an enforcement action against me when I can clearly prove it so I have to do the questionnaire which the wording on some of the questions makes me second guess every answer which you only
get three attempts before having to wait 24 hours to try again.
