    Well were to start , i purchased a day one Xbox one edition and had my Kinetic go out on 1/25/2014 . I submitted a repair order on 1/25/2014 advanced exchange which only should have taken 3 to 5 business days after weeks of emails and promises saying it
    well be delivered cancelled my repair order as 2/25/2014 . I feel with a company making millions off customer have a better repair or exchange service, so now i have a broke Xbox kinetic and a messed up console with nothing but headache and broken promises
    . Never had a problem exchanging a product before in my life until now with Microsoft, just not fair and unjust . So hopefully someone reads this and fixes the problem so this doesn't happen to someone else . signed ...

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
