    Xbox support


    We are having trouble with our Xbox and would appreciate some support please.
    On the home screen we cannot access the side menu containing the friends list, it just flashes black. We've tried another route to access this but we can't join parties or invite people to parties.
    We also can't view subscriptions or personalise account. We've tried accessing this info on another Xbox with the same account and it works fine.
    Would really appreciate some some help please

    Xbox support

    Hi

    Firstly please try and hard reset the console by holding power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, once the console has powered down unplug it from the power outlet for about 2 minutes then plug everything back in and try again.

    If this does not work try deleting the profile from the console and then restart the console to see if this resolves the issue.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
