    Tried the online option to get XBOX support to call me. No return call. Any other option to contacting support? Seems the online chat is just a link to add my phone to call me back.

    Tried twice... No call back. Said a call back in 25 min.. Been about 2 hours.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
