    It seems there are more negative threads about support vs positive ones, so here I go: Two thumbs up for Xbox support!

    Rented a movie last night (The Battery) and it started freezing. I re booted my console and router, still not working. Requested a call from support and within 5 minutes was on the phone with them. Went through some trouble shooting, finally cleared all
    my MAC address and it seemed to fix the problem! I had no idea that you can see your upload/download speeds on your X1 let alone these MAC address. The support rep was friendly, and noticed that I had been hitting DG2 pretty hard. After all was said and done,
    for my troubles I got a free movie rental from MS!

    Xbox support

    I've chatted with official support via live text and they were always super friendly and super helpful. I've never had a problem with them.

    I have been lucky and never had to contact Xbox support, but good know some are having good experiences with it.

    I'm sure if you treat Xbox support with respect and don't scream at them, they'll actually help.

    Caller (Frequent Forum Poster): GWG sucks! I been slapped in the face! I've given Microsoft thousands of dollars and I have nothing to show for it!

    Support do tend to be helpful but they also have a tendency to send people to the forum when they don't have an answer the person wants to hear.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
