    Xbox support


    My sunset overdrive controller's left stick started "popping" after 2 months. So I contacted xbox support about my issue and although they offered to replace my controller they said it would be a black one. They also told me I would be credited $15 as it
    was a limited edition controller. Why would anyone want a black controller with a white console that I have already had to send back due to a high pitched sound coming from the fan.

    I also had to send my day one console to them and now if you hold it at both ends you can wobble it, It's like they ain't secured the middle of it. But now this console is out of warranty so I'm unsure if I can return it.

    Take it back to the shop you bought it from. Clearly still in warranty so they are obliged to sort it for you. If they cant replace the pad like for like then they will have to replace the whole lot.

    I take my xbox to work so I pick it up every day and it feels very unstable. And I purchased my SO bundle from the online microsoft store so when I contact them they put me through to xbox support.

    I got my Sunset Overdrive White Xbox One on the 17th January and the controller developed a couple of issues within a week or so.

    I sent it away on Friday the 20th Feb and they are shipping me back a brand new white one.

    I don't understand why they offered you a black one, did you not have the option to choose which controller on Xbox Online Service Centre?
