Xbox Support Customer service that My friends is a Oxymoron they are there as antagonists to see how far they can stretch your patience. 1. I send my 360 for repair because of disc problems 2. Receive it back still doesn't work same problem 3.
Try to send it back online, They want to charge Me $10 ? for what all ready Paid once. They should have fixed it then.4. Call Customer support they say they need to charge then refund money ? 5. Take Xbox to Fed Ex they tell Me the Numbers given to Me are no
good 6. Back to customer support they say they will take care of it and get in touch .......well that never happened 7. Back to customer support decide will not stop contacting until someone helps Me so after numerous attempts finally get someone to create
a new repair order HOPE it works. I started about the 23rd of June this took untill the 15th of July and would have taken longer if I had let them play their games of ignoring Me. She tells Me the previous tech couldn't get it to work and left it unresolved
then the later ones thought it was getting resolved meanwhile I'm not able to do anything but pay for a gold service I can't use THANKS GUYS !
