    Xbox Support Will Not Help Me!!!!


    I am so frustrated with xbox support. My xbox series x is not working. Support has told me i need to send it in for repair. They told me i would receive a email in 24 hours. This is now 8 days later of calling everyday and told the same thing over and over and over. They talk over me and wont listen. I cant speak with a mangager, they wont let me. I understand they are short staffed but this is just crazy. I have no where to turn and nobody to help. I tell them every time ive called and everytime they say they assure the email will be within 24 hours. This is 8 times now. This company is a faceless corporation. They don't have a support number anymore. They make it hard as it possibly can to talk to a person. They know what they are doing to their patrons and its absolutely sad. If i don't receive a label I'm done, i quit. I will be making a youtube video of all my emails and conversations. It would be a huge service to the gaming community for this to be exposed. Other then that where do i go? Who do i talk to? Nobody from microsoft will help, but have no problem taking my hard earned money.

    They won't be able to help you either you were answered directly by support and pointed in the right direction

    Ea controls the rights to the games

    It doesn't mean it isn't coming it just is coming there is no etc or announcements when they will come

    You will just have to wait till the papers are done and the patch is finished

    I am sorry you feel that way, but just as a clarification I do not work for Xbox or the Support Team. I am simply a fellow gamer who volunteers his time as a Community Ambassador. I am just trying to assist you with understanding that making a title backwards
    compatible will take time and is not instantaneous.

    The announced games I assume you are referring to include Call of Duty: Black Ops? If so, then those games have never been delayed since they were never issued a release date to the backwards compatible list. The initial press released told gamers that games
    such as Black Ops would be "Coming Soon" as it currently states now. It takes time to ensure that some of these games are playable on the next generation consoles (authorization, patchwork, etc.). Please keep an eye on the backwards compatibility page found

    Call phone support back, tell them you want an unauthorised access investigation started into your account, wait until that finishes, follow the instructions you'll be sent, get your account back.

    There is no eta on any games they come when they are finished after all the papers are done no sooner no later

    It doesnt really help the developers actually closed down too
