    Instead of finding answers, or trying to help, they simply push requests off to the side and can't recognize their bad practice.

    It's been 4 months, and we have not had one single update on the why our announced upcoming games are being delayed. Instead they continue to say it's coming very soon, and it will be here this month, or that month. I've had my threads locked, unanswered,
    and deleted. I feel let down, and I have the biggest case of buyers remorse.

    Please refund my Xbox One, I am unhappy with the service and would much rather have gone the Sony route, or simply update us on what is going on with the services we've been promised.

    Dear Microsoft, Xbox Support

    Sad to say I’m very disappointed at the way your company handled my situation. I guess it is true what they say, you guys really don’t care about your customers, even when you guys were in the wrong 100%. Because of your mistake, I was robbed of my Limited-Edition
    Gears of War Elite controller and my trust in you as a company. I’m a huge collector and gamer, but I know you guys don’t care. To you it was nothing more than a controller, to me it was pride in having a limited collection from a well loved franchise, one
    of my favorites of all time. To me it was joy in owning a piece of history, to me it made me happy as a gamer and collector in having this amazing controller. Now according to you guys it’s recycled, junk. You have no way of replacing something that has been
    out of stock for over a year and yet promised to replace it with another limited edition when I first spoke to a representative at your company. If I knew from the start that I wasn’t going to get another limited edition elite controller I would have kept
    it as it was, with a broken thumbstick. Now all I’m left with is an incomplete collection (I have gears Xbox One S, Gears Headset) heartbreak and mistrust in your company. This is truly horrible, and a gamers worse nightmare. Your way of dealing with my situation
    is to throw a regular Elite Controller and $60 MS credit and that’s it, take it or leave and “That’s all we can do for you” is what the Xbox Customer service Supervisor John kept on repeating! . No choice of getting my controller back, no reimbursement of
    $218 for what I paid, no offer of another kind of limited edition controller of a different game…. Just what you offer and only that, even though your representative made the mistake, a HUGE one. 15 years of being a loyal customer thousands of dollars spent
    on all your gaming product, and “That’s all we can do”. Thank you for making me feel like my money and support means nothing. Thank you for destroying my collection. Thank you for showing how much you care .. this is all i'm left with, frustration, trying
    to get another elite controller that goes for about $700 now online, incomplete collection, and a horrible experience with your company

    The announced games I assume you are referring to include Call of Duty: Black Ops? If so, then those games have never been delayed since they were never issued a release date to the backwards compatible list. The initial press released told gamers that games
    such as Black Ops would be "Coming Soon" as it currently states now. It takes time to ensure that some of these games are playable on the next generation consoles (authorization, patchwork, etc.). Please keep an eye on the backwards compatibility page found

  5. Skate 3 to be specific, but if they're all delayed, why not take them down, and put up actual upcoming titles?

  6. As stated in my initial response, the titles aren't delayed. Just because they did not come out the same month they were announced, doesn't mean that they aren't coming soon.

    I am sorry you feel that way, but just as a clarification I do not work for Xbox or the Support Team. I am simply a fellow gamer who volunteers his time as a Community Ambassador. I am just trying to assist you with understanding that making a title backwards
    compatible will take time and is not instantaneous.

    [Mod Removed] for work ethic? Man, if I had a project I was announcing as upcoming, very soon, and the heart for the launch of the operation I wouldn't be slapping arcade titles together.

  11. Write Xbox Support on Twitter, they usually answer back real fast. I've had problems in the past and Twitter has helped. Hope this info helped out!

    They won't be able to help you either you were answered directly by support and pointed in the right direction

    Ea controls the rights to the games

    It doesn't mean it isn't coming it just is coming there is no etc or announcements when they will come

    You will just have to wait till the papers are done and the patch is finished

    Support doesn't handle upcoming games issues that's again not the area of support its a developer and publisher issue

    Rewriting code isn't easy not.to mention skate isn't the only game they are working on

    Patience is a virtue not to be wasted

    He was answered correctly via the previous thread

    There is no eta on any games they come when they are finished after all the papers are done no sooner no later

    It doesnt really help the developers actually closed down too
