    Xbox Support told me to post here about my Overwatch Early access friend key.


    I pre ordered the game and got no Early Access friend key. I contacted customer support on Tuesday and they told me that it was Blizzard's job to give out the keys because xbox had nothing to do with the promotion. Which, c'mon, is obviously not true. I
    contacted customer support again tonight after reading form multiple places that many members of xbox were getting their friend keys through an official xbox message. So the Xbox Rep I spoke to the other day was completely misinformed. The one I spoke to tonight
    implied that it was Blizzard's job also. When I argued against that they told me I had to post here to get a key. SR#:[mod removed[ Here is the reference number the Rep gave me. I hope when I wake up I have the key I am entitled to.
    If xbox is going to run a promotion like this they should make sure that their customer support knows everything about it. These are not normal mistakes for such a large successful company. I don't blame the people I spoke to at customer support. You can't
    really do your job when you don't have any info.

    Accidentally used my Overwatch Beta Friend code.

    I called support about this and they told me to post here. I accidentally used my friend code for the early access period of the beta because the Overwatch Twitter said people would be getting two codes. I'm hoping I can get another code. Thanks in advance.

    Overwatch friend early access beta key

    I was told by phone support to make a post here since i was not able to access the early access beta without using the one beta key that was sent to me so i dont have one to use for a friend. I need assistance either with another key or removing the key
    from my account so i can give it to a friend and give my account access to the beta without using the key

    No OverWatch beta codes

    Overwatch does NOT come with 2 codes unless you buy from a retailer. I'm in the early access. If you purchased on or before the 29th your account is flagged for the download. See the link I posted with info on the beta. You only get 1 key which is your
    friend key from Xbox IF you purchased on your console or online from Xbox. If you bought it from a retailer check with them for where your codes are.

    Q. How do I get early access to the Open Beta if I previously preordered or pre-purchased at a participating retail store, but didn't get an early access key?

    A. If you previously pre-purchased or preordered Overwatch at a participating retailer, contact your store to find out how to receive your early access keys.

    Q. How will I receive my early access keys if I pre-purchased from the PlayStation or Xbox Store?

    A. If you digitally pre-purchased Overwatch from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, your PSN or XBL account will be automatically flagged for early access. Your friend's early access key will be distributed to you on or before May 2.

    same here, talked to about 10 agents on xbox support and half of them tried to convince me that you only get access untill i showed them sources. how the hell does half of xbox not even know about their promotions. they keep giving me the run around and
    i think they will untill the early access is over and the key goes to waste. i could have saved my money and got a sale on overwatch if i knew i was going to get this *** over jesus.

    i renewed my gold on friday which said came with early access to fifa 17 when spoke to xbox live they said by 21.10.16 but told them that game out 28.9.16 so early access is a week b4 then they told me to post on here ans speak to ea access they told me
