    I was having a problem with a prepaid code and trusted one of the support people to help with my problem but they toke it and used it. It was a 25 dollar code.

    and had to talk to more support people in-tell they offered 1 month code?!

    Xbox One error code: [Mod Removed]

    I've removed the code/token. If support needs it they will ask for it privately. There are some things you can try first and alternatively you can also contact support here -> support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    Hi..last summer in Summer Of Arcade app on facebook page of Xbox UK, i won free token code for an arcade game I Am Alive, but the code was already used..Xbox support toke my code and used it. :((( I redeemed code few minutes later when I recieved it, Xbox support toke my code and used it. :((( That time Xbox 360 czech support cannot
    help me so they told me to ask for help at yours support forum..i cant speak English.. So my friend is helping me now ...he will stay few days for help. Thank

    So you assume the people who have full access to all of the Xbox Live content would need your code? Did the store you bought it from even activate it?

    Were you chatting with Official Xbox Support or the Xbox Community Support (Also known as the Ambassador team). If it was the first, then you should have had no trouble in giving them your code, and as Microsoft employees, they would have no need to use/redeem
    it, let alone the fact that they would be risking their job in doing so. If it was the latter, then you are not meant to provide any personal details or 25-Digit-Codes in those chats, as the people you are chatting with are not official Microsoft Employees,
    but are instead Community Support Volunteers.

    I would recommend that you get in touch with Official Microsoft Support about it at this link;

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    Talk to them about what happened and see what they can do about it for you.

    In future, try not to give out your redeemable codes to anyone other than Official Microsoft Employees (and even then, only give it out if it's necessary to resolve your issue and they have specifically requested it).
