Xbox support team are useless

    Xbox support team are useless


    I've contacted them numerous times about getting my email back for my main account

    I'm still paying for things on their such as gamepass and the back up email no longer exists but I have the alternate email to that one

    They've basically told me they can do nothing so now I'm stuck with a new console that I can't play anything on because it's all digital

    Xbox Support is useless.

    Most billing issues are related to incorrect or outdated information. There may also be an issue where the card issuer is preventing purchases in some instances to prevent fraud. I usually recommend contacting the bank/credit card company to make sure
    there's no issue there, and then contact Xbox support directly to see if they can investigate.
