xbox support stinks

I have been dealing with the same issue since I got the xbox a year and a half ago. I have been on the phone and the online support sometimes for an entire day, most of which is waiting on hold or calling back because they have disconnected the call. The
problem is that the system keeps needing to be reformatted. Now it wont even reformat at all. After all of this, I was never informed that the hard drive had a problem and should be fixed or replaced. When someone finally says this to me, it is too late, the
warranty has expired. THis is crap. Now I have to pay almost as much as a new system costs to get it fixed. NO WAY. they wont even let me speak to a supervisor. Not to mention I cant even understand half of what they say.

Xbox is a rip off. My son will never be able to complete a game, because he is unable to save anything because our live account will never work on our system because our hard drive is corrupted and will not format. Never ever buy and xbox again

Was busy with a warranty repair but there was an issue with the warranty, so sent the details through via email (service request 1362726880) and was told to expect an email with 24 hours resolving the issue so I can continue with the claim. A week later
I am yet to hear from Microsoft!
