Xbox support site not loading

I want to request a refund for a purchase, but when I go to log into the support site (support.xbox.com), it just opens a blank page and doesn't attempt to load. I've tried this on my PC, phone, and even on the edge browser on the Xbox. On my phone, I tried with a 5G connection and wifi to see if it was something with my home network, and that didn't work either. This makes me unable to do support chat or phone since you have to login to request either of these. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

As mentioned by some other posters, I was able to workaround this by setting my VPN to Canada. Not ideal but at least there's a temporary fix.

Having the same issue and I thought the same thing - try an Incognito window, maybe something is cached. But, no. I cleared the cache. I opened an Incognito window. I tried a different browser. Microsoft Support is unreachable. And I have questions.

There needs to be some type of communication from the company as to what is going on.

The form you linked is having the same issues. It wants me to log in and when I click the log in button, it takes me to support.xbox.com and there's nothing but a white page with no loading activity.
