Xbox support sent me to ask for a gift card

hi my gamertag has been reported for violations of terms and conduct. Ive had the gamertag for almost 2 years now and had no issues with it or anyone else. Im an upcoming streamer and the gamertag is apart of my reputation and mainly my job.

If i could have the option to have it back that would be super, but even the case that my name has been changed and i now have to spend money on changing it to something else seems a bit steep. Concidering I didn’t want it changed in the first place.

I was just curious on if you could help me gain it back over the fact that it is apart of me. Or atleast have another free gamertag change so i can move on.

Because to my followers and friends im known as (Quit Methin) not ()

I have spoken to tech support and they said the have forwarded you my side of the story.

On another not i do believe i was reported by someone who was rather upset with me for no reason.

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.

Can't use $5 gift card reward

Hi;

Xbox live sent me $5 gift card like 15 days ago. I live in Turkey so our currency is Turkish lira. I can't use dollar on my Xbox as you know mate. So can we exchange dat $5 gift card to Turkish lira gift card?

For information about why your tag was changed and to see about submitting a vase review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com however, it is most likely the change will be upheld. If you want to change your tag, you will have to pay. That
policy is per the code of conduct you agreed to. There is no way to get a free change.

I tried to get support through them first but they said it was an Xbox support issue since it was the gift card that was the problem and not Microsoft rewards since they only deal with points

They sent me a link to Xbox support but it just sent me to make a question here

I did not buy a card. Xbox live sent a code to me for a $5 gift card.

Hi!

Ive already been through the Rewards Team, using that form, and they told me that as the promotion was run in conjunction with Xbox, it was Xbox that would have to issue me the gift card, as they are unable to. They then sent me to xbox support.

I spoke to Xbox Support who said that i needed to come here because the Promotions Team would have to issue me with the gift card as Xbox Support was unable to.

Is there any way of checking who is responsible for issuing the gift card for that promotion, because i dont really want to go in a circle again?
