Xbox support sent me here to relay that im missing my mixer mixpot promotion.

For issues with Mixer and the Mixpots you need to have had your Xbox Account linked to your mixer account, if this was not done whilst you were watching them, then they will not have been sent to you.

If you did have your xbox account linked, then you need to contact the mixer support / forums to inform them that you have not received them. Usually they are sent out upto 3 weeks after the stream.

I contacted mixer support first, they told me to contact xbox support and xbox support told me to post here saying that the mods here can get me what i should have gotten...

i was linked and got last years mix pot no problem...

wondering that myself as you are right all the posts i see is ppl who like me turned in early and watched the entire thing without getting the pistol and in staid is sent on this wild goose-chase between rare>microsoft>mixer support nightmare where nobody
wants to tell us exactly who or where to report this problem and just keep pointing fingers

go here (forum), make ticket before 2 weeks (where?), talk to rare, talk to mixer support, go back here (forum) again and again and again... last i talked to mixer support they said promotion is over and they cant help me anymore but good luck on next mixpot....

Sorry to hear there is issues with receiving content.

Did you make sure to create an account to gain the points needed to gain the item?

For example, When gaining mixer points for a certain promotion, you will have to
register and create an account with the developer's website. That account is then linked with your mixer account to help gather information of the attendance needed for promotional points.

If you followed all the steps necessary on the mixer promotion but have not received it, then as posted on the

Xbox MixPot FAQ link you posted above it says:

"What if I watched the Xbox Live stream event on Mixer but didn’t receive my MixPot?


If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit
xbox.com/mixpothelp.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after
the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot.

Note Inquiries into missing content must be initiated within two weeks of the live streaming event in order to be investigated."

Should this be the case, then there may be nothing more that can be done (Since the items are limited, then you may have just missed your chance to receive them)

This is borderline infuriating. Almost every time there is a Mixpot, something goes wrong.

And there is no official support channel. Mixer sends people here, where we only seem to have Xbox Ambassadors(whom can do nothing about it). Microsoft support sends us back to Mixer.

So it's endless back and forth, both sides saying the other is the one actually running the promotion.

Then there's these forums, where we sit, and pray that an official representative see's our cries for help. Whatever happened to plain and simple official support tickets that just got sent to the appropriate departments for resolution?

This system as it stands is nothing but infuriating madness.

"I finally got this resolved directly via Rare's support on their Sea of Thieves website. This is of course not the proper route, but this is ridiculous. Link below to thier support forum topic which
ends with them saying to open a support ticket for missing items. Perhaps if anyone is still struggling with this, they can finally get help from Rare.
