    Xbox support returned bad xbox.


    I sent my Xbox series X in because it wouldn't power on. They sent me back an xbox that would power on but no games can successfully launch. Most flat out crash the xbox immediately, it just powers down. I tried going through the same online process to RMA this one but it's not giving me the option. I also can't find a number to call for support.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    You'll need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Well I did try to clear game profiles, user profiles. Actually I have returned XBOX to factory settings but nothing worked.

    Problem was solved by the guarantee support. I gave my XBOX to the store I bought it form. They have returned a new one. I mean replaced bad XBOX with a whole new with an excuse letter.

    All works fine now.

    unfortunately the likely hood of getting them back is slim as you are pre warned to send only the xbox itself nothing else including packaging.
