Xbox support "Request a call" always fails saying "something went wrong"

Hello Matt_55, I do not know what your situation would be, but if you want to contact the Xbox service I suggest you do the chat, I believe that the call back is not working.

This didn't resolve my problem. I have tried different devices and different browsers.

The error message clearly states:

"Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it."

Sounds like the problem is on the microsoft side, not mine, wouldn't you agree?

There are no options to resolve the problem using live chat with a human being. There is no number for me to call. And yes, I am doing this during valid phone support hours.

Will someone from Microsoft care enough to resolve this issue?

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue in contact support for cancellation of your subscription. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

There are two ways to cancel a subscription and that is to do it manually or contacting support. In contacting support there are cases that you might need to check the site you are accessing. Basically, Xbox Contact us page displays Business hours in which support is available. To make sure you reach the support, please try this link - Contact us | Xbox Support. Kindly match the business hour with the time zone of your Country. Or else, you may perform basic and suggested troubleshooting below for the browser. Lastly, you may check the steps on how to cancel the subscription manually.

Suggested troubleshooting:

Try InPrivate Window of the browser.

Try using other browser and InPrivate window of the other browser.

Kindly try using other device (phone, laptop, etc.,) on normal browser and InPrivate window.

Use different internet connection or do mobile hotspot.

Steps how to cancel your subscription:

1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services.
   
2. Under the subscription you want to change, select Manage, then Cancel subscription.
   
3. You’ll have an option to end your subscription on its expiration date.
   

You can also cancel your subscription from your console.

Note If the payment is late, you can cancel the subscription immediately.
