    Xbox support representative failed to make a case file concerning my issue


    I called in on Nov 29/16 (been busy, had no idea xbox points even expired) but apparently reward points do. I received a e-mail stating that they would expire on Dec 1/16, instead of rushing on using it all up I called customer support to see if they can
    be extended. The ultimate answer was no, however I was told they can be re-instated. I just called in again today (Dec 1/16) to have what I was previously told re-instated. However the new rep said that it can not be done and to make matters worse that there
    was no case file or a note on my account for when I did call. Although I was able to give her the time and date of the verification code e-mailed to me by the first rep I spoke to.

    Whew... so much to write, so after explaining myself again another 15-20 minutes about what transpired of my first call and WHY I called in the first place. I am now being directed to this 'forum' which more or less sounds like I'm out $30 dollars and it's
    probably 'public' help; which technically won't get me my lost points back. Nevertheless here I am. So reward reps able to help or shed some light? (Naturally I'm a bit ticked/bummed) I just hope the 2nd rep is actually going to follow up as she claimed and
    made a case file or I'm doubly-screwed.

    I should've went with my gut instinct and should've just used it all up even if my choices might've been rushed/risked.

    That is odd since I was expressively told by a customer service representative to make a topic concerning the issue. Seeing as I don't own a console anymore, I've basically got the run around and can do *** all. Well than nicely done Microsoft...

    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

    We do not see any Rewards currency in your account. There were Microsoft Point deposits, but that was a currency that was discontinued by September 2013. We deposited all available Microsoft Points by that time. Since promotional currencies expire one year
    after being placed into Microsoft Accounts, that would have been used or expired a long time ago. We have had no action on your account since, so it does not seem like the expiring currency came from our program.

    Either way, once Credits are deposited into your account, we can no longer take any action on them. However, I can confirm that we have never deposited any value near $30 into your account.

    So I am to understand this issue is closed as far as xbox is concerned? I figured it was the case, I just really would like a representative to come out and directly say they don't really care about my business enough to truly address my concerns.

    No problem...fingers crossed it resolves it. Failing that might be worth posting on the Forza forum in case others have suggestions. Failing that file a ticket with Forza Support.

    Just in case,

    If your local files, are there any that represent the date on your save file that should be represented there? Are your local save files saved in C:\XboxGames\No Man's Sky? And just to make sure, do you have more than one save game in No man's Sky? I'm checking some info on cloud saves on my end but it may take a bit until I get an answer, but as soon as they answer me I'll shoot what I find your way.
