    Tried for a while to get someone from Xbox to answer why I haven't received quest rewards since OCTOBER.... no rewards for october, November, December, January, or February. Can please someone tell me what I MUST DO to get an answer?

    The is no set "amount" of times you can get suspended before you get a permanent ban.

    Best thing is to read the code of conduct ,follow the rules & not get suspended at all.

    well then it should take 24 hours for a response they have to deal with alot of other bans and suspension posts so put your sons gamertag in the title they will notice it
