    I requested a call back 3 times for a gamer tag change and each time the the agents placed me on hold and hung up even when I provided my number for if the call disconnect to call back but no call back. I was respectful and still no help now my phone number is blacklisted to where when I call it automatically hangs up I can’t call no more and all my calls were recorded if Xbox support think I’m lying yah phone line is terrible I need assistance

    What is the exact issue?

    You didn't receive your first change free ?

    If so then no it's an automated system

    Support CANNOT issue a free change

    Also since you have a custom gamertag already the free change doesn't apply

    It's only if you have a random gamertag when you created it
