    Here's the thing,

    I bought an Xbox 360 on Jun 29,2014 from
    http://amazon.co.in
    by the seller gamesngadgets. This is where I bought it from http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00L7TDFLY/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

    I received the xbox on July 3rd.The xbox didn't function from the time it arrived. After contacting support through chat and following the steps, we have narrowed down the problem to the hard drive. The support helped in placing an order for a replacement
    on the same day, i.e July 3,2014. I received an email saying that xbox support would call for verification in two days and and the hard drive would be delivered in 10 days. Email also said that I do not have to ship the hard drive back, but the courier person
    would exchange the device at the door.

    The support people did call in two days for verification and after that there's no news at all.

    When I login to see the order status it just says "order in progress", it's been the same for . I've contacted the xbox support through chat and they could not give me any additional information except for apologizing and telling me to wait for a little
    while more. One of the support person I chatted with told me that xbox has a 14 day fulfillment policy and since it was only twelve days by the time I contacted them, he asked me to wait for 48 hours more. I still haven't received the hard drive and there's
    no update on the order.

    This is turning out to be utterly ridiculous. Calling the service center in India didn't help because the call wouldn't connect at all. I was told by three different chat support people to call this number 044-30287938. I called the number multiple
    times and not once was I able to talk to them.

    This is appalling service. Absolutely appalling. There is no way to talk to the actual service center that is supposed to deliver the device. The order status won't update. The chat support can't do anything more than asking me to wait and see.

    Is there something I can do about this? Somebody I can talk to? Or is my only option to return the device back?

    Where are my rewards points ?

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    i have waited more than 15 days for this code. xbox support all it does is lie to my face and say "wait 7-10 days and the game will be on your dashboard" i have waited more than enough for the code. when am i gonna get my code?!
