Xbox support number

If you call the support number a message plays telling you to vist the webpage. You have to go to the support page and talk to the virtual agent. Keep clicking the options about how you still need help and your question wasn't answered. Eventually you
should get an option to have xbox call you back. Fill out the forum and they should call you back within an hour unless there are lots of people ahead of you. I've only have had to use the call back feature once. If I remember correctly the phone number
will show up on your caller id as unknown or toll free call.
