Xbox support no response

    Xbox support no response


    I've tried contacting Xbox support but am unable to be helped by the bot as every time I just get an error code or if I try and speak to them over the phone, I give my number and then it says to try again and have been going round in circles for an hour. I bought an Xbox elite 2 controller that just dies randomly, even when it is fully charged and wish for a refund but I cannot even get through to them to ask for it. I have tried calling Microsoft support and the automated message just says to go to Xbox support and then hangs up.

    Support locks threads because it is faster for them to see a new thread and respond to you there instead of replying in an old thread. You cannot post in a locked thread. You will have to make a new one.

    I'm not sure why he sent you to the advocacy team as they don't do the investigations

    Who he should've sent you to is the unauthorized access case and they deal directly with enforcement

    And it can take 1-2 weeks before they get back to you

    Advocacy is something different they help you when you don't have any other options or help along but they don't do unauthorized investigations or enforcement
    Well I need help from someone, all I want is my account back.

    you have to wait for the global escalations team.

    And yes its on their time table as they do handle other cases and are a very very small team
