    Im sick and tired of waiting for support for my xbox one that has broke ive waited an hour for a call back when i get called back i get a *** stupid automated boot talking when i finnaly get sent to advisor it cuts me off then ask for chat wait again and
    guess what i get cut off. Im sick of this and going to buy a PlayStation 4

    Have you tried going to the "Settings" tab, then "Account', and then looked in the "Download History" section? I had a similar issue a little while ago where it was asking me to pay again for arcade games I had bought months ago, but once I found the Download
    History I was finally able to download them again.

    Good luck sony support isnt much better and the psn is dow for maintenance have fun.

    Perhaps think about one thing: You are trying to get a quick resolution the day after millions of people got new consoles. Because of the enormous sales and the hack yesterday it is not going to be instant with either MS or Sony.

    Hello there, this is a Support forum. This is the wrong place to vent about Phone Support, but if you let us know what the issue is we may be able to help out. Xbox support is ***! :)

    (Though for some issues it will have to be Microsoft Support as not everything can be handled via the forums.)

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
