    Xbox Support is useless.


    The people who work as Xbox "support" have to be the laziest, most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with.

    A few years ago I tried to make an online purchase with my credit card from the Xbox dashboard. Microsoft couldn't process my card and I could not make the purchase. My card worked fine anywhere else, so I called "Support" and the person told me there was
    nothing I could do and I would just have to purchase credits from a store. I decided this wasn't so bad, as I don't mind going to the store.

    However, just recently I learned of a discount for a certain item that was only on until the end of that night.

    I'm sorry you had that experience. Unfortunately support are the only ones who can take care of billing issues.

    Most billing issues are related to incorrect or outdated information. There may also be an issue where the card issuer is preventing purchases in some instances to prevent fraud. I usually recommend contacting the bank/credit card company to make sure
    there's no issue there, and then contact Xbox support directly to see if they can investigate.

    Agreed, I've now been trying to contact support for over 5 hours...... yet their wait time is between 12-19 minutes.......... Oh, how conveniently, I then get disconnected :-( Terrible service levels!
