Xbox Support is not working

So in November I purchased an Xbox One, when i opened the box everything seemed normal but then I found out that the audio jack in the control did not work. but i had another controller that i had previously, so i didn't think much of it so i used the working
controller. then about a month ago i bought a disc version of Overwatch and the Xbox couldn't read the disk so i tried cleaning it and i still did not work. I then had a friend try the disc on his Xbox and it worked perfectly fine, so i tried other games and
it turns out the Xbox came broken as well.

So i went to support and i tried to request a repair and page just sits and loads forever and i'm stuck with a screen with a spinning circle saying "retrieving your eligibility". I've tried almost everything and it comes with no success . is there another
way to go about getting it either repaired or replaced? i have a 1 year warranty the expires 11/19

People get into all these technical things, exclusives, hardware specs when arguing in the console wars. My reasons are much simpler. Why do I stick w/ MS? Cause their customer support is much nicer than Sony's.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your console and with contacting Xbox Support. In regards to setting up a repair or replacement for your console, if you're having trouble getting
the devices page to load up with warranty information, then I recommend clearing the cache/cookies from your web browser and trying again. Alternatively, you can try using a different web browser as well.

You may also request a call back from Xbox Support for assistance with this as well. They'd be able to help you with the registration of the console (should you need it) for warranty info and with setting up a repair/replacement if you wish as well.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If you don't see the option to request a call back, then switch topics until it is presented.
Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

The retailer may be able to help with the warranty, unless it was ordered online.
