Xbox support is (Mod Removed-Profanity) useless

So back in 2015 i bought the "goat simulator mmore goatz edition" which as the name implies gives you the base game (goat simulator) and the 2 dlc's out at the time which where goat simulator goatZ and goat simulator MMO, and i played the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) out of the base game and the 2 dlc's without any issues, i have 28 achievements from the base game and 18 from the 2 dlc's.

Fast forward to today and i get bored so i install goat simulator to my Xbox one and to my surprise i apparently don't own tge 2 dlc's and have to buy them again, so i natural get in contact with Microsoft support and ask what's going on, after about a hour
the agent says that my account doesn't have the license to those dlc's which is complete
(Mod Removed-Profanity) because i bought the "mmore goatz edition" on my 360 and if you check my achievements [GT is: ] you can clearly see that i have achievements for "goat simulator" which is the base game and "mmore goatz edition"
which is the bundel, so the agent then asked for the order number of the 2 dlc's but since i got the dlc's in a bundel i only got 1 order number which is for the "mmore goatz edition" so the agent is too
(Mod Removed-Profanity) and thinks i bought the base game and that im thinking that i get the 2 dlc's for free when i already bought the bundel and he says that the best course of action is to simply buy the dlc's again.

Im not paying for (Mod Removed-Profanity) that i know i bought.

the moral of the story is that Microsoft has no problem taking you're money and telling you to
(Mod Removed-Profanity) off

While Goat Simulator is backwards compatible the edition you are referencing is not and the DLC is not listed either.

[Mod Removed – Profanity].. This is a genuine problem, no wonder nobody bothers asking the community much when you get this useless
