Xbox support is letting me down

    hello. Been trying to solve an issue and have had about 3-4 calls another today and was disconnected after 4 minutes...ive been assertive and respectful to your staff...i payed good money for my Xbox one s good money for xbox live gold time and your games....i
    should be a valued customer as if i were making hundreds of millions of dollars off a client base id make sure they got what they needed...not tryingnto be rude but this is really starting to now become frustrating especially since now tour support number
    just gives a link and support is seemingly more limited where as when i got my first origional xbox it was amazing when imgot my one s it was still great..now its sub par. Especially when the 24/7 talk with a gamer gives you advice that a tech said he would
    never advise anyone to do to thier comsole i.e use a hair dryer to clean your xbox one...anybody want to comment?

    Services are letting me down.

    I was just communication banned for doing absolutely nothing on my Xbox account . I am continuously let down by your services and your way of "handling" things. It said that I was harassing another play after I asked him why he team killed me. There
    was no harassment involved, and I asked the player why he reported me and he said it was a joke. Now my account isn't banned for 7 days. Please fix this or atleast let me only be banned for 1 day.

  5. My issue is i downloaded the battlefield V beta on the 4th with early acess...i noticed while playing it within not to long my console got pretty warm...this was in the middle of the night and where i live it gets down to like 10 degrees celcius so anyway
    i contacted the 24/7 talk w an expert on support.xobox.com...he told me could be dust and said u can use a hair dryer to clean out your system i said wouldnt that cause more heat issues or possible damage, he said as long as you dont hold it in one spot for
    more then 3 seconds...so i tried it the following day made sure my system was off unplugged etc...turned it back on it beeped light came in then turned off in like 3-5 seconds..heart went into my throat...anyway i had like a 1 hour long discussion with a tech
    and he made notes on it said thered be an investigation and id recive an email regarding this and a survey...didnt get any of this...so i called again waited for a call back got one started talking then got another callback which disconnected the tech i was
    talking to anyway today now that xbox support only does callbacks now cant call the support number....i waited 2 hours got a call was cordial and respectful didnt even get to any of this and call was disconnected...so now im waiting on another callback....because
    before doing this hair dryer thing my system never did that....and it doesnt run hot with any other games...so i have questions...but i keep getting no where and its frustrating

  6. forgot to add it is working and turned on when imtried again...but im afraid now there may have been damage and im trying to reach a texh tomtroubleshoot

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
