Xbox support is a [Mod Removed] joke.

Its been 5 days so far since my account got hacked. My account is 5+ years old and I gave them all the information that obviously shows I'm the
[Mod Removed] owner. Since the 5 days these [Mod Removed] made my case tier 3. 3 days ago tier 3 emails me asking for the information and stating they locked my account. Guess what? They didn't lock my
[Mod Removed] account cause the guys been playing MY games. If I had a credit card on it(which luckily I didn't)he could have bought a bunch of stuff. They're treating me like dirt.
[Mod Removed] all I want for now is for them to lock my
[Mod Removed] account and I spammed their [Mod Removed] email. No reply . and no lock. They need to do their
[Mod Removed] jobs these overweight [Mod Removed].

My account ‘’ was communication banned. My friend ‘[Mod Removed] told me to message him saying [Mod Removed]as a joke. After i messaged my friend ‘[Mod Removed]he reported my message as a joke and i received a communication ban. I was hoping
you are able to lift the ban as it was only a joke.

When you call phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket they are supposed to lock the account while they investigate. I would recommend calling them back and ensuring that they have done so.

Support cannot do anything only tier 3 can. And they're not replying to me or calling me back. My account is still online i even msg'd it adn the guy is toying with me on MY OWN account.

 

Iv'e been calling and talking to caht support probably 3 times a day for the past 3-5 days. and my account is still open. All they keep saying is tier 3 is working on my case and not to worry. I am going to worry because OBVIOUSLY they arn't doing anything
because my account isn't even locked!

support.xbox.com/.../compromised-account-solution to see if you can recover it on your own?
