    so, no matter how many times I call xbox support over the phone, it seems like i only get more angry after the phone call is over. With that being said, everytime I call they want a callback number. Here are the problems I have with xbox support. 1. For
    example: last night I called about a repair order on my xbox one X. I’ve been asking for the shipping label to be sent to me multiple times either email or phone call. For some reason, it is impossible for them to send me the label that I paid expedited shipping
    on. As i am still waiting for the shipping label, I got an email yesterday saying my case was closed. I called and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. Doing this forced me once again to have to call them back asking for a supervisor. Went through
    the same procedure of giving them all my stuff. I got his name and support id after he said he would call me back after an hour with more detail. Its been over 18 hours since phone call and have no heard back. Im currently on the phone with xbox support (also
    got his name) and been on hold for 20 minutes. He’s telling me my console is out of warranty but they just cant understand that i havent had the shipping label to send it out. If they would give me the shipping label i would send it out in 10 minutes. I just
    don’t understand why getting a shipping label is so difficult. All they ever say is sorry for inconvenience. Xbox support is totally worthless and I feel like i am talking to 5 year olds nonstop. They keep telling me to check my email for shipping label and
    i dont have one. I am officially done with xbox and their unreliable console and support team who never seem to work or help out. So many hours wasted on phone calls for them to screw me over saying sorry your console isn’t under warranty anymore because they
    were to negligent or care enough to send me a shipping label. Someone from xbox will say sorry for inconvience and try to say something to help, but will actually not do anything to help. If xbox actually wants to do me a favor, give me the shipping label
    so i can send in my console so i can actually play it. Cant speak for everyone but i love paying $500+ on a console for it not to work and to constantly have multiple problems that doesnt allow me to play. If i could get all my data and info transfered off
    my games onto another console i would have gotten rid of this console over a year ago.

    Forget line underneath this, For some reason i cant delete it and have no idea why.

    I've tried every method to talk to someone. Every which way I go never connects me to a real person and none of the links provided put me on with a real person. All they are doing is telling me to provide more info than I can and now I'm unable to submit
    and forms so I'm at the end of this. Idk what else to do cause I can't get the account back no matter what I do

    Follow these instructions to set up a call back :

    1. Use the Contact us form here
    2. Select My Account
    3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support

    You can go to https://support.microsoft.com/devices and open a repair request to obtain all the shipping labels with out having to contact support!

    Yup, they told me “unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a shipping label” how do you expect people to send out their defective consoles if you dont give them a shipping label? Xbox support is such a joke.
