XBOX Support informed me that I have been invited to the Preview Program, and that the Program ...

Note: I posted this in the Xbox One Console support section as well, wasn't sure if it's meant to go there or here.

Hello,

About 2/3 weeks ago, I was invited to the XBOX Preview Program. After waiting a few weeks and not receiving anything, I decided to contact XBOX support today and see if there were any issues with my invitation.

The support employee checked the system and told me that the system registers me as being invited, and it sent the confirmation to me on my xbox and is awaiting my confirmation. However, like I said above, my xbox doesn't show any messages or notifications
about it.

The support employee told me to post here and get in touch with someone at the preview program so they can resend the message to my console and get everything set up.

Hi there customer support cannot see if you got invited to the preview program or not, the only thing they can see is wether your in the preview program.

If you have been added to the preview program, then you should have access to the private preview forums. If you do not have access to this forum, then I will try and drum up a support agent to see if they are able to do anything to further help you.

If you do have access to the preview forum, then please make a post in them forums. This is so the preview staff can sort you out, and further assist you. Alternatively, you can get one of your friends to invite you into the preview program. Please note,
if you get invited, this does not guarantee that you have been accepted into the program.

I don't have access to the preview program page. From my understanding, it was because I had yet to confirm in the message I was meant to receive from the preview team (But is not showing up).

Yeah, if you can get a hold of someone from support who could help that'd be awesome!
