As an enthusiastic member of the Xbox community in Egypt, I wanted to kindly inquire about the possibility of expanding Xbox support and services in our region in the near future. There is a growing and passionate community of gamers here in Egypt who have shown a strong commitment to the Xbox ecosystem—many of whom have purchased Xbox consoles and subscribed to services like Xbox Game Pass, despite the lack of official regional support. This speaks volumes about the enthusiasm and loyalty toward the brand. Having localized services, region-specific store access, or even community engagement initiatives would significantly enhance the gaming experience for Egyptian players and further solidify Xbox’s presence in the region. I would truly appreciate any information you can provide regarding potential plans for Egypt, and I look forward to the day we can enjoy the full range of Xbox services in our country. Egypt has changed its banking laws and until that is resolved nothing would happen in Egypt, if ever.

Just as a tip, "all my friends will buy it" rarely works out. A major movie studio executive listened to their daughter and gave an obscure TV series a lavish AAA treatment. All her friends, an only her friends bought it, and they lost over $100,000. It's not just a matter of flipping a switch or shipping some consoles.

This isn't true. Microsoft recently rolled out Gamepass for Egypt that officially supports Egyptian store in MS Store, Egypt as a region on the PC and Xbox game store, and supports Egyptian currency on Egyptian cards

So yes, recently MS released Gamepass in Egypt using Egyptian currency through the Xbox Insider program. I received a message for gamepass availability.

If you look in the links I posted you will see that many in Egypt have subscribed to the recently released Gamepass.

Unfortunately Egypt is not an Xbox Live supported region at this time. If you would like to see Egypt become an Xbox Live supported region, I suggest heading over to our Xbox Feedback to see if anyone
