    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
    from support:



    · Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    · Step 2 ----select see other options than your issue

    · Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request call from support or chat

    Hi XBF Eladio M I bought a Xbox live gold card 12mo.my subscription came due 11.1 19.at midnight it ran out.i bought a new gold card .at 10:30 pm to over lap the subscription .when I entered the code the Xbox store to redeem codes .did not accept it .I
    tried to get in touch with billing .to hopefully be able to read the letters and numbers off the back .to able reinstate the subsection to play online once again .can you please help? VIking
