ive been banned from communications for over a month now, and yes IVE BEEN ON xbox.enforcement.com and UNDER THE ENFORCEMENT HISTORY OH LOOK it says abosolutely nothing about the length of the ban HOW GREAT! I also can't submit a case review even though
it says I can if its been in the past year and if im signed into my account which I am. So my next step was to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and you guessed it, they said they couldn't provide any information regarding the ban and that I would have to go on xbox.enforcement.com
to get the details OH WAIT THERE ISNT ANY **** DETAILS, SO YEAH YOU CAN SEE WHY IM **** BANNED FROM COMMUNICATIONS OBVIOUSLY BUT I SHOULD **** SUE XBOX FOR THIS OBVIOUS SCAM, Considering there is absolutely no way to get any information. It's no wonder I see
a bunch of people getting banned and complaining on every forum possible because xbox enforcement team is just as bad as the FCC in regards to actually paying attention to the people it should be helping.

it says this console has been banned from xbox live and when i click connect comes up with a big message and i haven't gotton anything been trying to get support for a week and 2 days now still no reason to why i'm banned nothing in my email or anything
or even on the website just my poast account bans that was a long time ago ,how would i know what general rule i broke if noone tells me? thats all im asking for

i was told by support that my xbox was banned on the 31 of august and its connected to my Xbox and they can see the ban but only enforcement team can tell me why im banned

all i've been asking support and posting for a week is why im banned and if i broke a *general rule* what rule did i break? i've just been playing my xbox then reboot to see im banned

You can view your suspension by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there. If it is a game specific ban you will need to contact the game devs.
