Xbox support hung up on me 3 time. Seem like the NORM

I have ea play which it includes xbox live. That the easy part.. now here the issue.

A purchase for xbox live was link to my account year subscription.

I called customer support immediately to resolve this. I was informed that the year subscription (that was put on my account in error) expires in 4 months. So where the other 6 months but anyways. I thought I was god because I have ea play. But I don't anymore because xbox removed my link for ea. So now xbox charges me $14 for a service I already purchased. I called 3 times today just to get hung up on. Why is this so hard. Where is the support

My ea play was purchased directly from ea. my account was hacked and someone redeem a xbox live code on my account. Now my ea subscription is not being recognized by xbox. I just my service restored.

of using his link for a "filter" for "genuine" concerns...
