    XBOX SUPPORT HELP: I still have not received the January Gold Quest reward.


    I completed the steps required to get the $10 ARV participation reward and be entered into the grand prize and have still not received the participation reward. It was supposed to be given out by the 12th of the next month (Feb. 12th) it is now March 4th.
    I posted this same thread in February but was told to wait until March so that's what I did and still have not received the reward. This is now the 4th month in a row I have had an issue with this promotion. Can you please get me my reward and please fix whatever
    issues you are having.

    Also, why are all the rewards only a $5 gift card when the promotion rules clearly state a $10 prize?
