    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    Cant connect to Xbox live.

    I live in the Midwest also. Xbox one is connecting fine. Xbox 360 isn't connecting to Xbox Live. Chat help had me delete my profile and try to re-download it. ATTN: Do not do this. Now my offline games do not recognize my profile. Not at all happy with
    their broken English online chat help.

    Omg i thought there was something wrong with MY xbox 360. So its happening to everyone? I just deleted my profile and cannot get it back, due to the fact that XBL cannot connect. GRRR! So annoying!

    Hope Microsoft fix this soon. I was so worried it was just my xbox 360 that was broken or something... glad its not.

    I tested my connection and my Xbox Live connection to my Xbox and to the Internet works fine.

    I deleted my profile off my Xbox 360S. I tried to sign in with a newly created profile and it says my username and password are incorrect.

    Yet when I log into this site the username and password work fine.

    Now what do I do? How do I connect my Xbox 360S to XBLive? thanks
