    Xbox Support Feedback button goes to Reddit, not an official Microsoft/Xbox webpage


    I was talking to a human agent at Xbox Support regarding an issue, and while he could not help me with my issue, he suggested I try the 'Feedback' link at the bottom of the support.xbox.com page.

    I clicked on the 'Feedback' button but instead of going to an official Microsoft/Xbox website, it goes to Reddit (ideas - xboxinsiders (reddit.com)). There's no actual way to give feedback, which surprised the Xbox Support agent.

    The agent said they would report this problem to their team, because the last time they had used the 'Feedback' link, it did not redirect to Reddit (a 3rd party site).

    Anyone else encounter this problem, and is it a recent change, or a bug? It seems suspicious to me that an official Xbox page would redirect me to a 3rd party site like Reddit, and if I didn't have my old Reddit account, I likely wouldn't even have been able to login to see that page.

    Abuse (crime) reporting needs attention and upgrades.

    These are the official Xbox forums from Microsoft yes, but that Reddit page is also run by staff from Microsoft. They are set up differently though. That Reddit page is set up specifically for feedback so it goes to the right place. These forums are not.

    Would be nice from Microsoft to start to support Xbox.com and Xbox forums instead of constantly supporting Tweeter,Reddit and other social medias....

    Reddit itself is basically one giant message board. But Microsoft runs the Xbox Insiders Reddit so posting suggestions/feedback there will be seen by people from Microsoft who can make changes happen.

    There is a feedback button at the bottom of the page, along with a feedback site,

    The support forums are more for questions, concerns, and problems that can be helped by chatting with the community or an official from Xbox.
