    Xbox support fails on me yet again.


    This is the second time Xbox support has failed me. My Xbox one has been broke since January 4th. Can you please get your game together and ship me my Xbox one back FIXED THIS TIME. That would be nice.

    If you did not make sure it got there within the 14 days not before not after then i dont see the problem

    They are right in charging you unless i read wrong
