xbox support/enforcement team doing nothing as usual

on and off people been stalking, harassing me because of an online crew I was in on GTA V. this started last year and even tho they joined daily on me and my friends for 4 months and we repeatedly reported them every game but nothing happened. stalking harassing
cheating all against the microsoft code of conduct yet they continue to do it, with the link below a member of there team (hes added to one of the main stalkers monty you can see him on the friends list) has deranked me on a game I dont even play anymore,
on an account I only use to watch netflix and sign into cus it has all my games. I am not expecting any justice to be done even though they continue to break game rules and code of conduct and even record themselves doing it. i am not cus microsoft is so ****
and even me and all my friends reporting them every game they followed us through did nothing. i assume that if my post is found they will laugh at it for even trying like they did a similar one on rockstar games that I made a while ago. listen just let these
hacking no life kids keep stalking and harassing paying customers like me and my friends when you think about it thats a smart move for business. then on top of all make sure your support and enforcement teams are completely useless, your website complicated
and on top of all im sure the first microsoft admin who sees wont even read thru 2 sentances without deleteing the post cus its a little embarrassing how you can get banned for one little silly text message but these guys harassing me for a year over a game
and nothing happens.

Stuck in Game for 22 hours

The enforcement team are not going to drop everything they are doing just because you want them to.

There are proper channels to go through & you have to report this person via your console & the enforcement team will investigate it when your complaint gets to the top of the pile of complaints.

Phoning support will achieve nothing as they have nothing to do with xbox live enforcement whatsoever.

You can either wait this out,which could take months or just quit yourself

I already know I am not enforcement team or an xbox employee. enforcement team deals with the enforcement actions while us deal with the troubleshooting etc. I am volunteer nothing more, nothing less.

you're selecting the community chat correct? select chat with xbox support or call via phone.

 

now if youll excuse me i have to change all my email and passwords cus there salty kiddos who wont stop stalking me but wont get banned either for there numerous in game and code of conduct infractions that they record themselves doing all the time... MS

thats messed up bro these guys seriously need to find something to do with their lives.

 

but yeah everything weed4dead says is true, these guys stalk for months on end just to grief people. for whatever reason these guys are able to get away with stalking people, harassing them with no end in sight or repercussion. weed4dead shouldnt have
to change his gt or info to play and not have to worry about having his game data erased.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and no one but an enforcement team member can discuss any specific enforcement actions.

Calling out users in the forums is not permitted.

One thing you did not mention is if you have gone through and blocked the players in addition to reporting them.
