    Xbox support doesn't work, how can i contact someone?


    I have tried multiple times to request a call back and every time it says the same thing 'Something went wrong at our end, we are working on it' there is no number to call them. I have tried to contact microsoft support also and their number doesn't work either it just redirects you to their website which then brings you back to the broken xbox support page. I have tried everything and i can never get through to a real person because nothing works.

    I logged on to my xbox series s today to find that my fifa 23 ultimate edition had somehow changed to the standard edition, and i would like to know how this is possible and how to fix it? it was working perfectly up until today, and i own the product. i have proof of purchase also. but when i go to the microsoft store it says i do not own fifa 23 ultimate edition, instead it now says i only own the standard edition for series x/s along with the xbox one version. i payed £80.99 for the ultimate editions. so why does it say i no longer own the ultimate edition?

    I am doing well, thank you for asking, i hope you are good too.

    I only have one account so i can be certain that it was purchased only on this account.

    I have attached a screenshot of the purchase, i just blurred the order number and the visa number so they are not visible. It shows that i have purchased and own FIFA 23 ultimate edition and that the purchase is complete, which it is because ive been playing it since the early release on the 27th of september, but as of today on the microsoft store on xbox, it says i do not own it and that i would need to purchase it again. And what previously said FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One, now says Standard Edition. And it is saying that i have only purchased the standard editions instead of ultimate editions. i do not understand why it is doing this, but i would like my ultimate edition back as that is what i purchased.

    Exists the possibility that you purchased the game with a different account.
    Let's try to find the account used to purchase this game

    For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
    Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

    If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

    That's strange, from your side everything looks good. I think that the best option is open a chat with Microsoft instead of the callback

    You can do it using the contact us page, the chat option appears depending on the category selected.

    You can try changing categories until you find the option (is not necessary that you choose the category that best suits for you)

    I have signed in on my xbox and it says i don't own the ultimate edition and that i need to purchase it again. i have gone to my purchase history on the account also and it shows fifa 23 ultimate edition and that i have purchased it, but when i press 'show in store' nothing happens it just goes to a blank screen.

    Yeah it is strange indeed, not sure what is going on with it, hopefully they can sort it out soon.

    I did what you said and managed to get on to the live chat, and from there i was able to get a call back from the dedicated xbox team, they told me that the issue can't be resolved at this time but they will keep my case open and get back to me once they have a solution. so we will see what happens, fingers crossed i guess! Thank you very much for your help and responses Josef, i greatly appreciate it.
