    why when i reply yo a previous issue that has reoccurred do i get a message that the matter has been resolved and to contact support ... WHY CAN'T YOU JUST PASS THIS ON TO THEM ... I have been having
    connection issues on and off for some time now with my xbox one x and it is starting to get very annoying. I will be in the middle of a game (Destiny 2) and get kicked and then try to reconnect and it advised I have to be connected to xbox live ... I end up
    having to reset/restart BOTH my xbox and modem (even though all the other devices connected to internet are still connected before it finally lets me sign back in.
    The other issue I am having is lag/latency ... now before I got any further I know you site says anything under 150 ms in good ... BUT many gaming site recommend either under 100 ms or under 50 ms.

    My latency according to the Xbox run at 120 ms or higher ... depending on ?? no idea though it should be consistent BUT if I do a speedtest.net test
    my latency runs between 10-15 and the same as when I ping data to sites including your site SO why does the xbox always indicate a latency over 120 ms ???

    This is becoming very annoying playing on-line games (Destiny 2) where lag appears to be coming an even bigger issue and now having issues even playing multiplayer on-line.... and seriously thinking about
    placing my xbox in moth balls OR even selling it...

    AND YES I have contacted my internet provider (Foxtel) who are also looking into these issues for me.

    SO BIG QUESTION why is latency over 120 ms on xbox yet every other device and site is between 10-15 ms ???? AND yes I have even tried manual DNS entries which did nothing and the Bungie one actually increased
    the latency ... Yep tried google public which is suppose to be the best ... AND YES my xbox is connected directly to modem via Ethernet cable...

    SO can you please have some one look into these issue for me and have them resolved OR tell me why this is doing this as if they can not be resolved maybe PS4 is for me... EB Games her I come to trade in
    xbox for one....

    i would recommend contacting microsoft/xbox support and enquire your problem there.

    Hello Laurence,

    We understand that network performance on your Xbox One has not been at its peak.

    Our suggestion is to follow our wizard, specifically we have our Xbox One NAT Error Solution which follows the processes
    for all network errors/occurrences.

    Give this a shot and let us know if the wizard is able to assist with bettering the connection.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend utilizing the article entitled
    I Get An Error
    in order to resolve this issue. There is a section within the article which states, "Your network latency is too high." That is the section we recommend following for this issue. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Ok great still selling this rubbish Bought an Xbox One X 12 months ago and nothing but connection and lag issues and trying to contact your support and the 'virtual agent' is a total waste of time...
    do you want to talk to a person .. yes ... then starts over again and asks me what the issue is. Then email you and nothing, then place comments on this site and you twitter site and nothing... MY ISSUE I have been getting kicked from online games and then
    xbox tells me not connected to internet AND my lap top sitting beside me on wifi still connected and xbox hard wired to modem ??? Latency running at over 190 ms for last few weeks and prior to that still too high at over 120 ms. The I do get a 'community reply'
    telling me to set static IP and port forwarding ... DID THAT a long time ago. Disconnect mid game tonight modem and laptop still connected to internet... CHECKED xbox settings AND find that the IP address, Subnet address, Gateway, and DNS entries ARE ALL INCORRECT...
    SO as stated before I set static address etc. on modem some time ago, and XBox is set to automatically obtain these from modem? SO why is every entry different ???? Reset modem and xbox and then it obtains the correct addresses and connects... SO MY QUESTION
    ... WHY mid game whilst on line did it change all the address including the static IP address set by the modem??? AND of course ... what is the issue with the High Lag when all sites I ping on wifi connected lap top range from 10 to 20ms max ????

    Now if you got an issue that support can't handle like ACCOUNT suspension then no you can't have a call back for that as ita outside their perview

    thanks for your reply. I’ve tried all these things and none of them have led me to speak to a person. Every time I get close it says it can’t process my request for a call back.
