Xbox support/ contact us is always down

recently I bought a game.. not 12 hours have passed they put it on sale!! this is robbery!! I've been wanting to send them a complain but I can't, there is always issue in their support / contact us page. the virtual agent is useless.. it only redirect me
to support whenever I typed in keywords such as purchase, billing, complain, refund.
